As George Bernard Shaw said: “The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place.” As a leader, it’s easy to tell people something one time or send a single email and assume that they got the message. If you want to be a great communicator, that’s a bad plan. In this episode I’ll offer some tips for making sure you understand other people and they understand you. Remember: you can never be too clear.
